Soave is located between Verona and Venice, where the soil is mainly of a volcanic origin. The Soave wine is one of the most famous white wines in Italy and is produced in the largest single wine district in Europe. This is an ancient wine that represents the history of a territory and the dedication of its winemakers. On this excursion, the wines you will taste include two of the DOCG wines from the Veneto region: Soave Superiore and Recioto di Soave.

Wine and Cheese: A memorable day trip for wine and cheese lovers. Combine a visit to an artisanal cheese producer and a winery.
Start the day at a small dairy farm to see the cheese-making process first hand. Get your tastebuds ready as the cheesemaker opens a few wheels of cheese for us to try: ricotta, smoked ricotta and farmer’s cheeses of different ages. After our visit we drive through the countryside to a classic trattoria where you can taste our local specialties.
This afternoon we will visit a local winery for a guided visit of the vineyards and cellar followed by a guided wine tasting. This special day trip can be tailored to match your interests and schedule.

Amarone & Soave Experience: Amarone and Soave, the top red and white wines of the Verona countryside.
A unique wine excursion that combines the robust reds of the Valpolicella and the elegant whites of the Soave wine-producing hills. Our day begins in the gentle hills surrounding the small medieval town of Soave, located between Venice and Verona. Here the soil is mainly of volcanic origin and is one of the most famous white wine regions in Italy. We will visit a small family-run winery where we will take a stroll through the vineyards and learn about the local production methods from the winemaker. The visit will be followed by a guided wine tasting of the different versions of Soave and Recioto di Soave. Now we will take a break for lunch at a typical trattoria for a light lunch of traditional dishes, paired with local wine. The Bardolino wine region lies along the eastern shore of stunning Lake Garda and takes its name from the town of Bardolino itself. The wines produced here are primarily red along with some rosés, and made from varietals that include Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara.
We will visit two boutique wineries where you will learn about the local grape varietals and unique production methods directly from the winemakers. Each winery visit includes a guided wine tasting of their production. Vineyards & Castles: escape from busy Venice and relax in the Veneto countryside with a visit to a medieval castle and Prosecco winery.
A fun day for the whole family in Prosecco wine country.  Visit an authentic castle set in a historically strategic position in the Veneto countryside. Learn about the history of the area as you visit the exteriors and interiors of the castle with your private guide.  Take a break for a delicious lunch at a typical trattoria of the area where you will taste the traditional specialties. Lunch will include an antipasto, fresh pasta and homemade dessert. After lunch you will stop in a local winery that has been producing Prosecco for generations.
